Power BI Specialist (Command Center Analyst)

The Power BI Specialist plays a crucial role in the Command Center by designing, developing, and maintaining effective reporting solutions that enhance operational decision-making. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and produce insightful dashboards and visual reports, providing a clear overview of performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and distribute comprehensive reports using Power BI, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Collaborate with operational leaders to identify reporting needs and align efforts with strategic objectives.
• Update and maintain existing Power BI reports and dashboards, improving functionality and visualization as needed.
• Automate repetitive reporting tasks through optimized Power BI tools and features.
• Create, maintain, and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to reporting processes.
• Actively engage with stakeholders to ensure requirements are met and continuously improve reporting systems.
• Participate in cross-functional projects to drive improvements in reporting and analytics processes.

• 3+ years of experience in data analysis and reporting, preferably in a contact center environment.
• Strong proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, data modeling, and designing interactive dashboards.
• Experience with SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Familiarity with data visualization best practices and principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with various stakeholders.
• Analytical thinking and a problem-solving mindset to tackle complex reporting challenges.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
