Barista/Front of House Coordinator

What You'll Do

Responsibilities:

• Front of House/Office coordinator & Barista + F&B (Food & Beverage)                                    
• Close liaison with building Reception and Loading Bay for deliveries 
• Making good quality drinks for all employees and guests 
• Innovation around the coffee bar, making it the hub of the workplace
• Management of F&B (Food & Beverage), supermarket, office snacks, fruit etc.
• Access Control & meet and greet
• Assisting with stationery & office supplies orders 
• Office checks and upkeep of meeting rooms 
• Assisting with reporting issues to facilities management 
• Logistical support for Events and internal communication teams
• Office support when needed 
• Close liaison with Housekeepers 
• Catering ideas and innovation         

What We're Looking For

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a Front of House, hospitality, or office coordination role
• Background in managing food and beverage services
• Experience with facilities coordination
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
