Job Description

The candidate will assemble and solder printed circuit boards, install, fix, align and adjust components, drive automatic and semi-automatic machines, clean, seal and mark components according to the conditions, criteria and details required for the position. The candidate must read and interpret drawings, diagrams and diagrams of electromechanical assemblies and printed circuit boards, know the electronic components to identify the values and polarity of the components during assembly. Must know the application methods of conformal coatings, the cooking and drying times and temperatures in air and the degree of humidity of the part. They need to use manual and pneumatic tools adequately, adjust the speed of the wave machine and operate automatic and semi-automatic machines. They must perform repairs and modifications to circuit boards, possess good dexterity for the assembly and soldering of electronic components and good vision to accomplish delicate tasks, and know the precision standards (IPC 610D). They must know the rules of health and safety at work, including WHMIS.

Profil du poste :Les candidats devront monter et souder des circuits imprimés, installer, fixer, aligner et ajuster des composants, conduire des machines automatiques et semi-automatiques, nettoyer, sceller et marquer les composants selon les conditions, les critères et les précisions exigés pour le poste. 

 

Compétences : Les candidats doivent notamment démontrer les compétences suivantes : 

  • Lire et interpréter des dessins, des schémas et des diagrammes d’assemblages électromécaniques et de cartes de circuits imprimées. 

  • Connaître les composantes électroniques pour identifier les valeurs et la polarité des composantes durant le montage. 

  • Connaître les modes d’application des revêtements conformes, les temps et températures de cuisson et de séchage à l’air et le degré d’humidité de la pièce. 

  • Utiliser adéquatement les outils manuels et pneumatiques. 

  • Ajuster la vitesse de la machine à vague et opérer les machines automatiques et semi-automatiques. 

  • Effectuer des réparations et des modifications sur des cartes de circuits. 

  • Posséder une bonne dextérité pour l’assemblage et la soudure de composantes électroniques et une bonne vision pour accomplir les tâches délicates. 

  • Connaître les normes de précision (IPC 610D). 

  • Connaître les règles de santé et de sécurité au travail, notamment le SIMDUT. 

 

Expérience pratique : Un minimum dune (1) à trois (3) années dans l’assemblage de plaquettes de circuits imprimés est essentiel et une expérience minimum sur le montage en surface est un atout. 

Qualifications académiques et professionnelles : D.E.P. en montage de câbles et de circuits.  Toute autre combinaison équivalente aux qualifications requises sera considérée. 

 

Sélection : Les candidats seront sélectionnés sur la base de leur ancienneté, pourvu qu'ils soient consentants, qu’ils rencontrent les exigences de l’affichage et qu’ils soient capables d'accomplir le travail de façon satisfaisante en lien avec les exigences du poste.  Les candidats doivent être membres du Syndicat. Une connaissance fonctionnelle du français est requise
