About the Brand
The team is responsible for updating and maintaining the scientifically sound profiles of
drugs and drugs related information since inception of the molecule. This information is vital for the customers/stake holders (pharmaceutical industry, R&D, medicos) as it provides
comprehensive information about the current pharmaceutical industry scenario and thus helps our
customers/stake holders to continuously improve their business response time and revenue stream.
Role Responsibilities :
1. Provide quality leadership to individual editors and team, sharing domain, process & product knowledge to support Pharma Solutions production and product activities
2. Actively collaborate, liaise and communicate with other squad members in daily work to optimize outcomes and drive a sense of collective ownership.
3. Contribute as required to support the running of the internal Quality Management Systems and related processes.
4. Conduct quality checks/content validation or other data assurance activities in the regular or evolving production processes as needed.
5. Provide support, guidance, training and/or query resolution for other team members and less experienced staff
6. Provide analysis and reporting on quality and process issues to management as needed
7. Create and maintain quality documentation
8. Identify improvement opportunities
9. Support current and evolving business needs and strategic priorities through flexible application of general and technical management skills and experience
Experience, Skills & Qualifications :
Bachelor’s or higher degree in Life Sciences/Pharmacy/Medicine
● Strong understanding of drug development and clinical research
● At least 2 years’ experience working in the AdisInsight Drugs/RDI production process • Minimum 5 years’ experience in technical leadership/management position(s).
● Strong quality/process improvement mindset and customer perspective: ○ Task level: high level of quality in regular content creation and updating tasks ○ Profile and Product level: able to view quality holistically from a user perspective, proven ability to identify content improvement needs across the whole profile (e.g. conducting holistic profile reviews, handling customer queries) or at broader product level (e.g. inter-profile issues, search outcomes)
● Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with the maturity and confidence to collaborate effectively with broad range of staff, management and senior stakeholders including product management
● Able to consider requirements across multiple business needs, broader business perspectives and realities, and work to support strategic goals
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills
● Able to effectively coach, influence and motivate individuals to achieve organizational outcomes and standards
● Ability to think critically and make decisions to meet the overall needs of the organization
