We are looking for a talented Procurement Intern to join Wildlife’s Corporate P2P team in São Paulo, Brazil.
In this position you’ll be developed to handle and to contribute to the P2P optimization process through the key activities from the Procurement Operations, ERP Master Data, Accounts Payable Support and Finance Projects.

What you’ll do
- 1st Level Support (JIRA): Provide responsive and effective first-level support for requests and incidents related to Procurement (OEX), Corporate Cards, Reimbursements, Accounts Payable, and Travel. This includes managing and resolving issues within the JIRA system to ensure timely and accurate resolutions.
- Invoice Management: Receive and meticulously review invoices, ensuring accuracy by matching them with Purchase Order (PO) details. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to process adjustments, recommend workflow corrections, and resolve any issues related to PO/PR workflows, invoice processing, and payments.
- ERP Master Data Management: Accurately manage ERP master data, including the registration, updating, and inactivation of vendor, client, item, tax, and purchase category information. Ensure the integrity and accuracy of the data within the ERP system.
- Accounts Payable Support: Assist in Accounts Payable operations by managing lower complexity payments (such as TED transactions) and supporting other routine operational tasks as needed to ensure smooth financial processes.
- Reporting and Documentation: Support leadership and other stakeholders by preparing reports, documentation, and analysis related to the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process. This includes gathering data, conducting analysis, and presenting findings to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Job Aid Maintenance
- Regularly review and update job aids to ensure they reflect the latest processes and best practices. This helps maintain consistency and clarity in task execution across the team.
What you'll need
- Studying Business, International Trade, Economics, Accounting, International Relations, Production Engineering, or other related fields.
- Currently enrolled from the second year of the program onwards, with at least one year remaining until graduation.
- English proficiency at least at an intermediate level; advanced proficiency will be considered a plus.
