Job Description

As a Producer III at Everi, you will lead cross-functional teams in the development and delivery of high-quality gaming products. This role involves defining project goals, timelines, and budgets while overseeing the entire product lifecycle. You will coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure quality and compliance, facilitate project meetings, and mentor team members. The position requires strategic oversight, strong communication skills, and a passion for game development.
Must have:
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • 5–8 years of experience as a Producer or Project Manager
  • Experience shipping at least one commercial title
  • Experience managing multidisciplinary teams
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy
  • Strong communication skills

Description

Everi is seeking a driven and experienced Producer III to lead cross-functional teams in the development and delivery of gaming products. This senior-level role demands strategic oversight, exceptional communication, and a passion for game development. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in managing multidisciplinary teams, shipping successful products, and driving projects to completion within scope, schedule, and budget. 




What Will You Be Doing?

  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop and deliver high-quality gaming products.
  • Define project goals, timelines, budgets, and key milestones while resolving roadblocks.
  • Oversee all phases of the product lifecycle—from concept and design through development, QA, and launch.
  • Maintain detailed project documentation and ensure timely updates.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to meet quality and compliance standards.
  • Facilitate regular project meetings, drive process improvements, and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Mentor and manage team members, including performance evaluations and development planning.




Skills, Knowledge, & Expertise for the job:

Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience required.
  • 5–8 years of experience as a Producer or Project Manager in software or game development, preferably in the casino gaming industry.
  • Proven experience shipping at least one commercial title.
  • Extensive experience managing multidisciplinary teams through all phases of development.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and thoroughness.
  • Strong communication skills with varying teams and stakeholders.
Technical Skills:
  • Proficient with JIRA and Confluence.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Deep familiarity with game development pipelines and casino gaming regulations.
  • Experience working with creative teams to develop engaging content.
  • Ability to analyze and apply industry trends and competitive landscape insights to product strategy.

 The compensation for this role considers a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential for the location at which the position may ultimately be filled. At Everi, it is not typical for all individuals to be hired at or near the end of the range; compensation decisions depend on each case’s facts and circumstances. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $90,000 - $110,000 annually.
