Job Description

As a Product Game Delivery Manager in our game studio, reporting to the Lead Product Delivery Manager you will play a key role in shaping the future of our Promotion Tools and overseeing all aspects of the product development, delivery, and required governance.

You will be:

 

  • Working closely with internal and external stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements and shape-up the product vision and goals.
  • Ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the product vision within the team, facilitating informed decision-making in daily operations.
  • Creating and maintaining the product backlog, ensuring that the promotional products cover all functional, compliance, and technical requirements.
  • Composing written specifications, ensuring that functional requirements for new products and features are defined in detail.
  • Owning the product roadmap and continuously aligning with the product organization on deliveries, securing successful outcomes.
  • Defining the scope and effectively planning the teamwork by creating schedules/timelines, tracking deliverables, assessing risks, controlling the budget, and reporting on deviations.
  • Defining long-term, short-term (OKRs), and daily work priorities to guide the efforts of the Development Team working in the Scrum approach.
  • Ensuring that new products and features are evaluated for usability and performance in a B2B2C environment.
  • Cooperating with other Product Delivery Managers on process improvements and contributing to building an efficient development process throughout the organization.

 

 To succeed in this role you should have:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience as a product manager/owner or business analyst in the tech industry is imperative.
  • A minimum of 2 years working with Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) in a Product Owner or Scrum Master role or a formal certification and 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Experience working with complex products with multiple dependencies.
  • A product mindset and analytical skills, necessary to define product metrics and focus on driving change.
  • A good level of technical understanding of how tech systems are built and operate.
  • Good knowledge of Jira and Confluence.
  • You can work at both the team and studio levels, taking the bigger picture into account.
  • Highly proficient in spoken and written English.
  • Able to work in a fast-moving, high-pressure environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Adaptable in your approach and able to operate independently as well as part of a team.
  • Experience in the iGaming or games industry is highly appreciated.
