PRODUCT DESIGNER – MATERNITY COVER
Job Purpose
As a Product Designer, you will be responsible for translating business priorities into high-quality UX/UI solutions, ensuring feasibility and scalability in collaboration with Product Managers (PMs) and Engineers. You will focus on designing intuitive and user-friendly experiences that balance business objectives, technical constraints, and user needs.
Key Responsibilities
As a Product Designer , you will be responsible for:
• Translating prioritized market needs into feasible, high-quality UX/UI solutions.
• Working closely with PMs to define and prioritize high-impact user and business needs.
• Collaborating with Engineers to validate feasibility early and ensure efficient implementation.
• Creating UX flows, wireframes, prototypes, and UI designs that balance usability, scalability, and business impact.
• Providing multiple solution paths for PMs to evaluate impact and Engineers to assess feasibility.
• Using qualitative and quantitative insights to refine and improve UX/UI designs based on real user behavior.
• Iterating on UI and interaction patterns based on engineering feedback and market trends.
• Breaking down designs into buildable components to ensure smooth implementation.
• Ensuring that new UI elements integrate seamlessly into the Design System.
• Collaborating cross-functionally to align design decisions with business goals and market demands.
• Working with Engineers to create reusable design components that speed up development.
• Advocating for AI-driven features that enhance user decision-making, rather than replacing human judgment.
Your Profile
As our new Product Designer, you will bring extensive experience in UX/UI design and be passionate about collaborating with others to create innovative solutions. We hope you see yourself in most of the following:
• Strong collaboration skills in working with Developers and Product Managers.
• Ability to transform business objectives into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI.
• Expertise in balancing usability, emotional connection, business impact, and scalability in design.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design rationale to stakeholders.
• Expertise in creating scalable UI components and ensuring accessibility compliance.
• Experience with AI-supported workflows that enhance human-centered design processes.
Please note: The position is on-site at our headquarters in Brøndby and requires that you have a valid work visa.
