Job Details

Your mission

You and your team are responsible for some of the new releases in our game portfolio. This includes the pitch of new games through to the release of these games.
Together with your multidisciplinary team of experts in business development / game scouting, product management, marketing, design and development, you drive the new product releases for your portfolio and are responsible for the success of these releases / launches.
This includes the following areas:
- Research and pitch design of new games
- Go to market strategy and business cases for these new games
- Project management and product management as well as ensuring the quality of the work results
- Game development
- Stakeholder management with licensors and development studios
- Launch communication / marketing from brainstorming to implementation
You form a team of multidisciplinary experts who produce successful releases in time
You create and monitor product goals, metrics and budgets that align with business objectives
You proactively build relationships with stakeholders, licensors, target audiences and influencers

Your profile

You have experience in managing complex projects but are also able to take on hands-on projects independently.
You have a university degree in business administration, marketing, media management or a similar field
You have relevant professional experience in relevant areas (business development, product management, project management in the video game industry, electronic entertainment or similar industries)
You have experience in product management and marketing for entertainment products as well as experience in project management for larger projects
You are ideally a gamer yourself or have a strong understanding of the target groups and a 'customer first' mindset
You are fluent in English (C1/C2), knowledge of German and/or Japanese is an advantage
