Job Summary
Job Description
Glean is seeking a passionate Product Management Intern for Summer 2025. As an intern, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams on innovative AI products. You will gather and analyze customer feedback, market trends, and the competitive landscape. You will develop product requirements and user stories. You will also monitor and report on product performance to drive enhancements. Glean is building a system of intelligence for every company in the world, aiming to transform how people work with AI assistants. The company brings all of a company’s knowledge together, understands it at a deep level, and connects it to generative AI agents and applications.
Must have:
- Student in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, graduating in Spring 2026
- Demonstrated foundation in product craft and execution through prior work experience
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment
- Passionate about AI and emerging technologies, with curiosity about design with generative AI
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work on-site at our Palo Alto office at least 3 days per week

Glean is looking for a passionate and driven Product Management Intern for Summer 2025. As an intern, you’ll have the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams of designers, engineers, and product managers, working on innovative AI products that shape the future of work. This is a hybrid 12-week internship based in Palo Alto, CA.
What You'll Do
- Join the product management team, collaborating with cross-functional teams-including engineering, design, research, marketing, and sales to deliver new features from end to end
- Gather and analyze customer feedback, market trends, and the competitive landscape to inform product decisions
- Develop detailed product requirements, user stories, and PRDs to guide the development process
- Monitor and report on product performance, using data analytics and user insights to drive enhancements
What we’re looking for
- Students with a background in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, graduating in Spring 2026 or those pivoting from a related field (PMM, Engineering, BizOps) into product management. MBA is a plus
- Prior work experience or projects demonstrating a strong foundation in product craft and execution
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment
- Passionate about AI and emerging technologies, with curiosity about how design intersects with generative AI and large language models (LLMs)
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work on-site at our Palo Alto office at least 3 days per week

Pay
- $8,000 per month salary for the 12-week internship program plus a $1,000 monthly stipend for housing
