Job Description

This Product Manager role at Google Cloud focuses on the Business Platform. Responsibilities include guiding products from conception to launch, connecting technical and business aspects, breaking down complex problems, and collaborating with engineering, marketing, legal, UX, and other teams. The successful candidate will deeply understand cloud ecosystem markets, competition, and user requirements. They will launch and iterate on new products and features, working cross-functionally across regions and product areas. The role requires a strong understanding of the cloud infrastructure landscape and a proven ability to manage technical and design direction. This is a key role in shaping Google Cloud's future.

Must have:

8+ years product management experience
3+ years taking products to launch
Strong technical understanding
Cross-functional collaboration skills
Cloud ecosystem market knowledge

Good to have:

Experience with cloud infrastructure, SaaS, big data, security, AI/ML
Experience managing technical and design direction
Knowledge of Product Management, Engineering, UX/UI, Sales, Customer Support, Finance, or Marketing

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
3 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch.

Preferred qualifications:

Experience in one or more of the following: cloud infrastructure, SaaS, big data, security and privacy, development and operations, or artificial intelligence/machine learning.
Experience managing day-to-day technical and design direction.
Knowledge of multiple functional areas such as Product Management, Engineering, UX/UI, Sales, Customer Support, Finance or Marketing.
Ability to influence multiple stakeholders without direct authority
