Job Description

Are you ready to lead with purpose and drive innovation in a fast-paced environment? Our Waterloo, WI factory is on the lookout for an exceptional Quality Engineering Manager to oversee a talented team that supports the painting and assembly of high-end bikes.

As our Quality Engineering Manager, you'll lead the quality assurance efforts in our production environment ensuring our products meet high standards and expectations. This role requires hands on problem solving and analyzing data to drive continuous improvement initiatives. If you’re passionate about quality, leadership, and hands-on problem-solving, this is your chance to make a real impact.

What You'll Do:

  • Work with a high sense of urgency in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Manage and train a small team of quality engineers and technicians
  • Develop and improve our quality management system and processes
  • Analyze data and trends to support quality improvement
  • Work hands-on with issues in the factory
  • Communicate with global team members to solve problems
  • Nurture a culture of quality in everything we do

You need:

  • Awesome people skills, both as a leader and as part of a cross-functional team
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or similar field
  • 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, with at least 2 years managing people
  • Availability to work in person at our Waterloo, WI facility
  • Willingness to travel up to 2 weeks per year, if needed
  • Working knowledge of quality systems and tools, GD&T, measurement methods
  • Strong self-direction and organizational skills
  • Positive attitude, even when faced with difficult situations
