Key responsibilities:
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Own and drive end-to-end projects – both IT related and not – from scoping to implementation and post-launch support. You will be the go-to person.
• Lead cross-functional teams and ensure we stay aligned and on track.
• Plan, schedule, and track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables using appropriate tools.
• Keep a cool head when things get heated and bring clarity where others bring confusion.
• Engage with stakeholders and collaborate with leadership team
• Identify, evaluate, and minimize potential risks in the development of projects
• Communicate internally about the projects you manage

Your Profile 

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Business, Communication, or similar and a few years of experience as a Project Manager.
• You have strong interpersonal skills that allow you to work effectively in a collaborative environment and build strong relationships with your colleagues. 
• You are a well-rooted person and stay calm, also when stakeholders have different interests and matters become urgent. 
• You interact confidently, and you strike a good balance between listening for input and challenging perspectives. 
• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English as it is our corporate language (Danish language knowledge is not required).
• Experience working together with IT teams is preferred, but not a must. Most of our projects require working closely together with IT teams.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, yet with the calmness to complete most important tasks first
