Responsibilities:

• Designing technical solutions based on customer feedback
• Coach and mentor the front-end engineers across countries to help them advance their skills and abilities
• Working as part of a bigger unit/team including back-end engineers, developing the products that will become core of Milestone’s future
• Working in an empowered engineering team in an Agile environment with many uncertainties, close customer feedback loops, and a need to take decision in order to keep the pace
• Planning, and implementing technical tasks and user stories
• Influencing architectural and technological decisions

How We Can Match:

• Strong expertise in web frontend development
• Advanced knowledge of modern frontend frameworks (React.js, Angular, Vue.js)
• State management (Redux, Context API, NgRX, Vuex)
• Responsive design and CSS preprocessors (Sass, Less)
• Frontend build tools (Webpack, Vite, Babel)
• Testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, React Testing Library)
• RESTful API design and development
• Knowledge of WebSockets and real-time applications
• A solid understanding of web security and SSO
• Hands-on knowledge using CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab, Azure DevOps)
• Containerization (Docker)
• Knowledge about cloud application development and cloud platforms
• Knowledge of best practices, design patterns, performance optimization and caching strategies, etc
• Well-developed communication and collaboration skills
• Good command of English
