Pursuit Lead Manager, Consulting Sales, Google Cloud Consulting

As a Pursuit Lead Manager, Consulting Sales for Google Cloud Consulting, you will play a key role in helping customers adopt Google Cloud products. You will lead the development of Professional Services, Learning, and Technical Account Manager pitches, strategies, and engagements with our customers. You will work closely with our Account teams to drive the successful adoption of Google Cloud. You will build and maintain effective relationships with the Field Sales and Customer Engineering, and Consulting Services teams, to assign, allocate, and prioritize Pursuit Lead activities for their customers. You will also work with your peer Pursuit Lead managers to share best practices and will place an emphasis on shared success across your teams. Your responsibilities will include activating the Google Cloud Consulting services strategy in Japan, focusing on promoting differentiated consulting services with high value to the customers, collaborating with consulting delivery departments to identify leads, understand customer issues/opportunities, select the best solution for the customers, develop a Statement of Work (SOW), and negotiate and close agreements. You will collaborate with Field Sales and Customer Engineer teams to capture customer requirements and develop a services strategy for individual accounts. You will drive team performance, building analytics strategies and capabilities to monitor pipeline health, and identify indicators of action and changes needed to achieve a healthy pipeline, value, and productivity measures.
