The position

We seek an experienced Test Automation Engineer to enhance and maintain our automation framework. The ideal candidate possesses strong C++ coding skills and hands-on experience developing testing frameworks for games. This role will focus on improving game quality by providing innovative solutions to complex testing challenges.

Responsibilities

• Automation Framework Development & Maintenance: Design, develop, improve, and maintain the test automation framework; solve architectural problems related to automation.

• Test Scripting & Expansion: Design and implement new automated test scripts based on established testing methodologies and principles, to expand test coverage.

• Defect Management: Identify, report, and track defects found during automated testing.

• Results Analysis & Reporting: Analyze test results, provide feedback, and build/maintain reporting dashboards.

• Collaboration & Coordination: Collaborate with developers and testers; cross-team collaboration on the automation framework; team coordination regarding automation efforts.

• Knowledge Sharing & Mentoring: Share knowledge, mentor team members, and stay up-to-date with industry best practices.

• Continuous Improvement: Demonstrate self-awareness and the ability to identify areas for improvement, proactively making positive changes to improve performance and contribute to company needs.
