Remote Fully Bilingual Spanish/English Contact Center Specialist

This is a remote, fully bilingual (Spanish/English) Contact Center Specialist position with Nielsen supporting their Mexico operations. Responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound calls, scheduling appointments, data collection, basic troubleshooting, providing action reminders, and meeting productivity and quality standards. The role contributes significantly to Nielsen's global data collection process. The position requires a dedicated home workspace, high-speed internet, flexibility for evening/weekend work, and attendance at in-person Day 1 orientation in Mexico City. Equipment is provided by Nielsen.
