Job Description
The RCM Team Lead will manage and guide the billing and coding team, overseeing the end-to-end revenue cycle processes. The responsibilities include ensuring KPIs are met, supporting the team's success through coaching, and implementing operational improvements. This role involves supervising daily RCM operations, monitoring and analyzing performance metrics, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, conducting team training, collaborating with clients, and generating reports for process improvements.
Must have:
- 1-2 years of experience in medical billing and RCM
- Previous experience leading or mentoring a team
- Strong knowledge of medical coding and insurance follow-ups
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Good to have:
- Familiarity with billing software (e.g., Athena, AdvancedMD)
- Knowledge of U.S. healthcare compliance standards (HIPAA)

We’re hiring an experienced RCM Team Lead to manage and guide our billing and coding team. You’ll be responsible for overseeing end-to-end revenue cycle processes, ensuring KPIs are met, and supporting your team’s success through coaching and operational improvements.
- Supervise day-to-day RCM operations, including billing, coding, payment posting, and AR follow-ups
- Monitor and analyze RCM performance metrics (e.g., collections, denial rates, TAT)
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and payer requirements
- Conduct team training and performance evaluations
- Collaborate with clients to resolve escalations and optimize revenue outcomes
- Generate reports and provide recommendations for process improvements
