This role is for a Sales Consultant at Mercer. The primary responsibility is to develop new business in HR and financial consulting. The role involves identifying potential clients, generating initial conversations, and assisting in meetings with senior consultants. It requires business intelligence, identifying target companies, preparing for meetings, following up on opportunities, and participating in commercial actions. The consultant will also be involved in lead follow-up and event management. This position offers an opportunity to develop a career in a leading global company, working with top professionals.
Must have:
  • Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Law, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Completed studies or final year student.
  • Good level of English language proficiency.
  • Knowledge of MS Office tools.
  • Experience in sales, business development, or sales.

Estamos buscando a una persona con gran talento uniéndose a nuestro equipo de Sales en Mercer para realizar unas prácticas, focalizado en el objetivo de iniciar tu desarrollo profesional en la consultoría generando y desarrollando nuevo negocio desde el principio. Inicialmente, tu función principal será a través de business intelligence, identificando potenciales clientes, generando una primera conversación en la que te acompañará en todo momento un consult@r especialista. Una función que te permitirá conocer y aplicar diferentes metodologías de negocio tanto para la búsqueda y análisis de información relevante acerca de las empresas a contactar, como para la realización del contacto generador de esa primera conversación. Dotándote a medio y largo plazo de un profundo conocimiento del mercado, así como de las herramientas óptimas para identificar, seguir y conseguir proyectos de consultoría complejos.

  • Business inteligence, identificando nuevas empresas targets.
  • Generación de primeras reuniones y preparación de las mismas
  • Asistencia a las reuniones e identificación de oportunidades con un senior
  • Seguimiento y cierre de oportunidades con un senior
  • Seguimiento de eventos
  • Participación en acciones comerciales
  • Seguimiento de leads

Lo que necesitas tener:

  • Estudios: ADE, Económicas, Derecho, Marketing, Comercial, Ventas, Psicología,…etc.
  • Estudios finalizados o último curso, con pocas asignaturas, proyecto fin de carrera, postgrado o master
  • Buen nivel de ingles
  • Conocimientos de herramientas ofimáticas (MS Office)
  • Valorable experiencia comercial, desarrollo de negocio o ventas en sector asegurador, servicios,…etc.
