Sales Incentive Senior Manager (Nashville, TN)
You will support the sales incentive team through performance analysis, compensation policy application, and commissions investigations, while leading internal control strategy and execution, compensation assurance analytics, and driving Sales Incentive Operational Excellence.
Your role:
Lead monthly compensation assurance procedures with the commission analyst team to ensure pay accuracy, detect errors, propose automated analytics, and communicate issues to leadership for continuous improvement.
Identify root causes to enhance sales incentive performance, address case management conflicts, and present insights during regular business reviews, while executing compensation reviews with thorough analysis.
Manage and execute Sales Incentive Internal Controls, designing and documenting automated controls within the monthly process, collaborating with auditors to ensure compliance and minimize risk.
Develop analytics to evaluate sales incentive plans' performance, recommend system and process improvements for accurate payments, and identify automation opportunities while providing expertise on complex compensation issues.
You're the right fit if:
7+ years of experience with analytics in finance, sales operations or sales compensation administration for a complex business
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Sales, Marketing or equivalent; Masters in relevant area is highly preferred
Ideal candidates will have experience in analytics related to Sales Incentive plan performance, familiarity with systems like Anaplan, strong PC/technical skills in Advanced Excel, Power BI, SQL, data mining, and big data analytics, and general accounting knowledge.
Candidates should demonstrate commitment to excellence with strong customer service focus, effective collaboration across partners and stakeholders, excellent communication skills, relationship management, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills, as well as the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects.

The pay range for this position in Nashville, TN is $85,000.00 to $210,000.00
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
