Responsibilities Provide expert guidance on the company’s expense and reimbursement policies to both internal and external stakeholders in order to ensure proper compliance and financial flow. Lead in the resolution of employee escalations pertaining to expenses and reimbursements. Conduct thorough reviews and approval of expenses/reimbursements requests, and corporate credit card transactions, promoting strict adhere to company policies. Deliver comprehensive reimbursement education to both internal teams and external clients. Provide critical guidance and assistance to the company’s Finance Service Center. Leverage and deploy financial systems including expense management tools to maintain proper records and decision-making. Effectively multitask and prioritize within a fast-paced and dynamic setting and manage incoming and outgoing financial transactions in a timely, accurate, efficient and controlled manner.

Qualifications Must have a Master’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Management, Risk Management, Finance, Economics, or a related field and 1 year of related work experience; OR a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Management, Risk Management, Finance, Economics, or a related field, and 3 years of related work experience. Of the required experience, must have 1 year of experience in each of the following: Reviewing transactions daily to ensure proper coding of appropriate cost allocation, expense account, and billable entities, and detecting and analyzing potentially fraudulent payments timely and assisting in fraud elimination; Financial system management and processing including creating manual invoices to adjust expense type and amount using OA system, FSSC System, or Oracle ERP System; and Using VLOOKUP and Pivot tables to organize and report data.
