As a Senior Analyst, you will play a key role in the delivery of complex technical systems of varying sizes to new and existing customers and will be part of discovering new technologies within the FinTech industry.
We are now looking for a Senior Analyst to strengthen the Cloud Operations Team in Mumbai and Pune. You will be responsible for critical production issues and drive
escalation/resolution of problems into Support and Engineering teams.

Your role and responsibilities:
- Work together with the team to craft, implement, and handle systems that deliver against requirements for functionality, scalability, performance, and reliability.
- Serve as a technical customer concern point for critical production issues and drive customer concern/resolution of problems into Support and Engineering teams.
- Accept, customize, and implement industry-standard DevOps policies and DevOps procedures.
- Create and maintain automated scripts that will build, configure, deploy, and test applications deployed to various environments; maintain, support, and improve our continuous integration environment.
- Work hands-on with the system, install and configure it, and test that it meets the customer’s technical and business requirements.
- Support and harmonize with clients to run Production Environments and ensure availability of the applications. Triage and analyze issues, including performance and connectivity issues
- Basic Understanding of Citrix
- Basic concept of IBM MQ and VPN
- Participate in DR tests to maintain high levels of readiness to ensure business continuity.
Furthermore, you will:
- BS and/or MS in Computer Science or related field
- Good experience of public cloud architecture (OCI, AWS)
- Must have experience in DevOps (or related) or Infrastructure Support.
- Good experience on Linux platform.
- Good interpersonal and communications skills, with an ability to communicate in non-technical terms to non-technical people
- Experience in CI, CD, Automation like Jenkins integration tool.
- Understanding of centralized (n-tier) and decentralized (client/server) environment models.
- Strong analytical skills and a familiarity with problem-solving, attention to detail and quality, and a desire for improvement
- Knowledge of system development life cycle and implementation (including dev. tools like Vcode, GIT, GITLAB, Jenkins).
- Experience with scripting languages such as Python and Unix Shell will be an advantage.
- Vital understanding of Apache HTTPd, Red Hat Linux, Windows server.
- Must have a basic sense of security and network protocols, such as sFTP, VPN, HTTP(S), and SSH.
- rudimentary understanding of Java and JVM process, JVM tuning, JConsole, JMX, and other java tools.
- Familiarity with SQL and Oracle databases, Ability to work in a 24/7 environment.
- A passion for providing excellent service to all internal and external customers.
We expect you to have
- At least 4-6 years of Cloud Operations / DevOps experience
- Expertise in writing server-side code using Terraform or Cloud Formation
- Understanding of SAAS platforms, private cloud architecture is a plus
- Knack of adhering to the best design practices
- Knowledge of web debugging proxies such as squid and HA Proxy
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as GIT/SVN
Education Qualification: Bachelor/Master's in computer science.
