Senior AQA Engineer (Python + Robot)

We are looking for a skilled Senior AQA Engineer (Python + Robot) to join our team in Colombia.

Comprehensive solutions cover all stages of real estate, facilities, and asset management, from capital planning to IoT-based monitoring and control. Headquartered in the U.S. with major offices worldwide, we are dedicated to unifying the built environment and transforming how people and systems work together.

We are working on a comprehensive Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) specifically designed for the healthcare industry. It centralizes asset and service management across healthcare organizations, aiming to minimize downtime, enhance equipment effectiveness, ensure compliance, and improve cybersecurity.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in web applications testing with a focus on automation and performance testing
• At least 4+ years of experience as automation QA 
• Strong proficiency using Robot framework for automated testing
• Strong understanding of testing processes and Agile methodologies, especially SAFe
• Strong experience working with test management systems
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to mentor junior QAs.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Python 
• Familiarity with MS Azure 

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain automated test cases using Robot Framework to ensure functionality, integration, and regression testing
• Design and implement API and UI test automation frameworks, making use of Robot Framework's keyword-driven approach
• Write custom Python libraries to extend the Robot Framework for specific testing requirements
• Collaborate with the development team to understand new features and ensure appropriate testing coverage
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior QA team members on best practices for automation and performance testing
• Participate in code reviews to ensure best practices and high-quality standards for test code
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using Github Actions
• Generate and maintain detailed test reports, logs and performance metrics
