Title: Role – Executive M/Senior M

About the team: Vendor Risk Operations
About the role:
o Conduct outbound calls to the vendors and gather information.
o Document information accurately and thoroughly in the company’s CRM system.
o Analyse gathered information to identify patterns and trends.
o Provide feedback and insights to internal teams based on gathered information.
Expectations/ Requirements:
o To monitor & identify suspicious transactions. May also involve auditing data points from
customer complaints to conclude investigations.
o Prepare case summary and act as per process.
o Identify new fraud pattern & sharing input to create new detection & prevention
mechanism.
o Coordinate with internal teams to improve processes if required.
o Responsible for resolving different kinds of customer queries raised by CST team/different
internal teams.
o Conduct mystery shopping where required.
