Team Introduction Finance BP and Business FP&A is a sub-department of Finance. It aims to improve management efficiency, reduce financial risks, and strengthen budget control by providing business analysis and management reports. Responsibilities 1. Serve as the primary financial liaison for the AMS LIVE business team, fostering connections with various departments globally. Facilitate seamless collaboration to address daily financial requirements and deliver expert financial guidance to inform decision-making and mitigate risks effectively. 2. Acquire a profound comprehension of business logic and key stakeholders, conducting comparative analyses of global business financial metrics from a regional standpoint. Generate insightful financial observations and analysis reports to guide management decisions. 3. Foster a financial mindset within business teams through active engagement in discussions, cross-functional partnerships, and clear communication. Conduct comprehensive financial reviews and risk evaluations for expenditures, promptly sharing insights with the business and generating adaptable management reports. 4. Develop annual and rolling budgets by gathering pertinent data and closely monitoring budgetary performance. Analyze the underlying business drivers behind budget discrepancies and collaborate with business teams to align financial planning with strategic objectives. 5. Propose financial strategies for pivotal business expansion initiatives, continually enhancing finance processes by spearheading efforts to streamline, simplify, or automate financial procedures wherever feasible.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications 1. 5 years or more of experience in Finance BP, FP&A, Finance Strategy, Finance professional service or equivalent roles within the content, media, or technology sectors. 2. Demonstrated ability to assess and prioritize key initiatives at different stages, excellent communication skills, proactive nature, coupled with patience and perseverance in achieving desired results. 3. Adaptability to multicultural and cross-team communication environments, passionate about staying abreast of evolving business landscapes and dynamics. 4. Open to short-term international travel and working across time zones. Preferred Qualifications 1. Communication abilities in Mandarin are preferred. 2. 【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $122550 - $232560 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

We cover 100% premium coverage for employee medical insurance, approximately 75% premium coverage for dependents and offer a Health Savings Account(HSA) with a company match. As well as Dental, Vision, Short/Long term Disability, Basic Life, Voluntary Life and AD&D insurance plans. In addition to Flexible Spending Account(FSA) Options like Health Care, Limited Purpose and Dependent Care.

Our time off and leave plans are: 10 paid holidays per year plus 17 days of Paid Personal Time Off (PPTO) (prorated upon hire and increased by tenure) and 10 paid sick days per year as well as 12 weeks of paid Parental leave and 8 weeks of paid Supplemental Disability.
