Job Description

N-iX seeks a Senior Business Analyst for a centralized data mesh solution connecting clients' property tax systems. Responsibilities include requirements elicitation with client representatives, collaboration with development teams (N-iX and client), backlog ownership (user stories, product roadmap), UAT, and deep product understanding. The ideal candidate possesses 4+ years' experience as a Business Analyst or Product Manager, ideally with data-related projects, advanced English, a strong understanding of software development (APIs), Agile experience, excellent communication, teamwork skills, and advanced Ukrainian language skills.

Must have:

4+ years' experience as BA or PM
Data-related project experience a plus

N-iX is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our team.

About the Client:

About the Project:
A centralized data mesh solution to connect and exchange data between clients' property tax systems.

Responsibilities:

Work closely with client representatives on requirements elicitation
Work closely with the development team (both N-iX and client), conduct refinement sessions
Backlog ownership: prepare well-structured and organized user stories
Prepare a roadmap of the product in cooperation with a client
Conduct UAT of a delivered scope
Deeply understand the product

Requirements:

Minimum 4+ years of commercial experience as Business Analyst or Product Manager
Experience working with data-related projects would be a plus
English - advanced level
Good theoretical understanding of software development (understand what is API, how it works)
Experience working in an Agile environment
Strong communication skills
Team player, responsible and hardworking
Ukrainian language - advanced or higher
