• Project Supervision: Manage all on-site construction activities to ensure multi projects are executed according to the design, schedule, and quality standards. Ensure construction activities comply with cleanroom conditions.
• Team Coordination: Lead and coordinate several external, including subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain workflow and productivity.
• Manage Low, medium and high voltage scopes, starting from design coordination until handover.
• Problem Solving: Identify potential issues or delays and implement solutions to mitigate risks or setbacks.
• Define the problem statement, record the assumptions, come up with solutions.
• Understand the Production and Manufacturing needs and translate them into tangible requirements for the team to work on.
• Participate in the concept design phase and provide input until the handover phase.
• Lead, coordinate, and conclude the MEP construction activities amongst several teams.
• Monitor the cost and timeline of the project and deliver with the approved budget and timeline.
• Prepare tender packages, collect the necessary documents, write a scope of work.
• Health & Safety: Enforce health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for all site personnel, particularly in accordance with Cell Production room specifications.
