As the Design Manager your responsibility will be to build, grow, and lead a high performing Design team that delivers an innovative, simple, and differentiated product that our users love, adopt, and can’t live without. The product should unlock efficiencies for our customer service customers while giving them the smarts and tools to drive unprecedented customer intimacy and higher quality experiences. The Design Manger is responsible for managing all aspects of our design and creative output. It's a managerial role, with accountability for design output and success of the design department. Simply put, we, at Helpshift, care a great deal about the experience we provide to the users. Your responsibility is to guide and direct the team to deliver best-in-class experiences for our customers and their users.
