As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will create high-impact visuals for social media and performance-driven campaigns. You will design engaging visuals for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, producing creatives for both paid and organic content, while collaborating with marketing teams. You will also maintain visual consistency, leverage AI tools, and stay updated with social media trends. The role requires creative instincts and team player abilities, which will require a solid understanding of design principles and trends to deliver content that resonates with target audiences and drives engagement and conversion.
Must have:
- 3–5 years of professional graphic design experience.
- Strong portfolio focusing on social media ads.
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Familiarity with or interest in using AI creative tools.
- Basic English proficiency is sufficient.
- Team player with strong creative instincts.
Good to have:
- Experience in marketing teams or creative agencies.
- Exposure to fast-paced content development and campaign execution.
- 3D design skills are a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design engaging, high-conversion visuals for social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)
- Produce creatives for both paid and organic content in line with marketing strategies
- Collaborate with content and marketing teams on briefs, ideas, and execution
- Maintain visual consistency while continuously pushing creative ideas
- Leverage AI tools (such as Mid journey, Firefly, etc.) to enhance workflow, generate concepts, or accelerate creative production
- Stay updated with social media trends and new creative formats
Requirements
- 3–5 years of professional experience in graphic design
- Strong portfolio with a focus on social media ads and performance marketing visuals
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
- Familiarity with or interest in using AI creative tools
- 3D design skills are a plus
