Overview -
We are seeking an independent, thoughtful HR business partner who can both roll-up their sleeves and think strategically. The Senior HR business partner position is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. The Senior HRBP serves as a consultant to management on human resources-related issues. The HRBP assesses and anticipates HR-related needs; communicating needs proactively with our HR department and business management. This position will proactively form strong working relationships with leadership and the HR organization, seeking new ways to best support the business’ key people initiatives.
In this role you will be you will be responsible for independently managing daily issues related to all phases of the employment life cycle including employee relations, working closely with managers and employees, providing coaching and guidance to influence people outcomes and actively participating in the success of the business. In addition, you will oversee and manage the office and facilities function within the Redwood Shores office location.
