Job Description

Workato is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to join our growing legal team. This role will play a key part in providing legal advice and support to the company, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You will work closely with various departments on a wide range of legal matters, including but not limited to: contract drafting and negotiation, intellectual property, data privacy, corporate governance, and compliance. As a Senior Legal Counsel, you will bring a strong understanding of legal principles and practical experience to advise the business on various legal and operational issues.

Must have:

Extensive experience in contract drafting and negotiation.
Strong understanding of intellectual property law.
Experience with data privacy and security regulations.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Good to have:

Experience in the technology industry.
Experience working with SaaS companies.
Experience with corporate governance and compliance.
Experience with international law.
