Optimize and scale existing advertising campaigns;
Plan, set up, optimize and scale new ad campaigns and sources;
Generate ideas for new creatives, funnels, and run A/B tests to improve conversion rates;
Analyze campaigns, report ROI results and develop strategies for further development;
Create monthly/quarterly media buying plans and provide reports;
Seek new business opportunities based on acquisition performance.
2+ years of experience in running paid advertising campaigns;
Significant experience with Google Ads, Bing Ads (search, gdn, uac) for gray niches;
Knowledge of Display, UAC, and YouTube traffic for grey niches will be a plus;
Experience with analytics and tracking tools (Keitaro, binom), cloaking tools;
Understanding of testing new traffic sources for gray niches;
Knowledge of the sports and casino industry will be useful;
Willingness to learn new interfaces, technologies, and advertising platforms;
Intermediate English.
Ability to think creatively and strategically, identify and solve problems;
Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively under time pressure;
Excellent communication skills (verbal, written and presentation).
