The US base salary range for this full-time position is $168,000-$252,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align product plans with business goals and market opportunities.
- Drive the product development process, requirements gathering, prioritization, and execution, and work with Engineering teams to translate product requirements into technical specifications.
- Develop an understanding of customer needs, pain points, and use cases in the Data Transfer portfolio, conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to gather insights, and leverage customer feedback and data to make informed product decisions and prioritize roadmap initiatives.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature enhancements.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination and product delivery, collaborate with Engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility, Sales teams to understand customer requirements, and Marketing teams to drive product messaging and positioning.
