The Treasury Associate is a crucial contributor to the company’s treasury functions. In this role, you will have direct involvement in bank account management and administration, cash operations, compliance with financial regulations, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize treasury processes and enhance operational efficiency. This role provides a tremendous opportunity to help transform and enhance our treasury function and influence a rapidly growing company.
Oversee bank accounts management, including opening and closing accounts, updating signatories, and maintaining existing accounts, ensuring all documentation and due diligence requirements are met promptly.
Administer online banking platforms, managing user access, permissions, and troubleshooting issues to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain compliance with Sarbanes Oxley related internal controls and periodic bank mandated due diligence requirements to ensure global account compliance.
Support audit activities by maintaining necessary supporting documentation and responding to inquiries.
Monitor daily bank balances and cash positions to ensure adequate liquidity and improve operational cash reporting.
Identify and implement opportunities to streamline bank account management processes and enhance operational efficiency through automation and best practices.
Work closely with internal teams and external financial institutions to address operational requirements, banking inquiries, and to maintain strong banking relationships.
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Legal, Compliance, or related field.
At least one year of experience in a treasury, finance-related, compliance, or legal role is preferred.
Proven experience as a self-starter with analytical problem-solving skills.
Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Strong oral and written communication skills and proven ability to influence all levels of an organization.
Ability to handle high volumes of data with high level of accuracy.
High proficiency performing data analysis in Excel and data visualization tools such as Tableau.
Familiarity with financial software such as NetSuite, Trovata, and/or Coupa is a plus.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is 60,000.00 USD - 75,000.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
