- Experience working on a platform for Mobile Device Management (MDM)
- Experience working cross-functionally and managing multiple technical programs
- Experience developing and reviewing technical requirements, design documents, the product life-cycle processes, bug triage, setting technical goals, and resolving technical tradeoffs between teams
- Experience in security/access control and protecting data
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to produce documents that communicate strategy, status, scope, timelines, task planning, action items, risks, issues, program dependencies, test planning, or rollout planning
- Excellent analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to decision making

Responsibilities
- Lead the ideation, prioritization, and execution of features for positive billing experiences.
- Design and deliver optimized program communication plans including executive and key stakeholder communications.
- Support the team with project planning and delivery, using knowledge of project methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Determine and collect data needed to govern programs and drive stakeholder decision-making, establish an operations measurement framework, and develop and execute a long-term strategy.
- Build trusted relationships with program stakeholders, manage expectations of cross-functional leads, and ensure they have the insights needed to make decisions.
