Where and how you can work
Our flagship campus is in Sydney. We also have a campus in Melbourne and co-working spaces in Brisbane, Perth and Adelaide. But you have choice in where and how you work. That means if you want to do your thing in the office (if you're near one), at home or a bit of both, it's up to you.

We realize our vision through our mission pillars to evolve business operations, accelerate productivity and future proof our foundations which serve as the basis for the IT strategies we execute upon.
As part of the Business Platforms sub-group that sits within the IT Group, the People Systems teams supports the evaluation, implementation, administration, and ongoing innovation of the technology stack across the People domains.
Our team is solving some of Canva’s biggest challenges by automating and improving the quality of our People processes to allow our employees to do their best work at a place they love. We strive to be integrated with the People strategy so we can realize our vision of being the best company in the world.
About the role:
We’re looking for a talented Workday Systems Administrator to join our IT People Systems team. In this role, you will lead initiatives to configure, maintain and resolve workday issues or defects in a timely and efficient manner with exceptional service, making sure Workday implementation at Canva runs smoothly and meets our business needs.
This role is responsible for supporting business users and business leads, ensures accurate best practice business process/workflows and other system dependencies are in place within Workday to support the administration and integrations and reporting efforts.
Canva are undertaking a large scale optimization of our Workday suite, where you’ll also be working alongside our IT group and vendors to drive a high priority remediation of our essential business processes.
