Associate Order Management Specialist

Job Description Summary:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Process new orders (85%)
  • Process and fulfill the order (including proper license key delivery)
  • Update Salesforce to make any needed adjustments/corrections for order accuracy
  • Review Salesforce opportunities for approved quotes from Sales
  • Ensure invoices are properly generated and delivered
• Customer Support (15%)
  • Assist internal and external customers in resolving order-related issues that may required redirection via emails or phone calls.  Escalate to the Order Management Specialist for resolutions as needed.
  • Help monitor dashboards and reports for undelivered invoices and draft quotes needing approval and bring them to the Order Management Specialist’s attention.

Required Qualifications:

• 0-2 years of work experience in Order Management
• General knowledge and basic experience with computers and business office software (email, Windows).
• Professional demeanor
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented

Preferred Qualifications:

• Professional working proficiency in German, Italian, or French strongly preferred
• Professional office experience/exposure
• Experience with Salesforce
• Experience with Excel

Education:

High School Diploma required

Travel Requirements:

Minimal <5%
