Senior Web UX and Designer

• Address design challenges with creative solutions, making both strategic and tactical decisions.
• Design and deliver pixel-perfect visuals, wireframes, and prototypes for a variety of platforms, including mobile, tablet, and responsive web.
• Collaborate with marketing, product teams, and other business units to align digital design with business goals.
• Lead or support multiple design and UX projects, ensuring they meet deadlines and stakeholder expectations.
• Stay updated on industry standards, UX trends, and best practices to maintain high-quality design outputs.
• Develop and apply innovative approaches to web and digital assets, including the development of interactive animations that enhance the user experience 

• 8+ years of experience as a mid-senior level UX/UI designer, particularly within a corporate B2B marketing environment, a digital marketing agency, or an internal creative team.
• Proven track record of collaborating with product marketing and campaign teams in a B2B tech setting.
• A diverse portfolio demonstrating expertise in visual design, branding, composition, iconography, interaction design, prototyping, wireframing, and information architecture.
• Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, Zeplin, Canva, and InVision. 

• A strategic thinker with an eye for detail and a passion for creating user-centered designs.
• A collaborative, professional, and diplomatic communicator, able to understand and translate stakeholder needs into effective design solutions.
• Adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously with varying deadlines.
• Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and enjoys both leading and supporting design efforts.
• Comfortable working with teams located across the globe, with most requests originating from the US-based team.
