Job Description

As a Sr. Web UX and Designer, you'll be responsible for creating exceptional, strategic user experiences across the Gigamon web and digital platforms. This hybrid role will require collaboration with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, innovative environment. You'll report to a senior leader within the marketing or design team and will be an individual contributor (IC) with opportunities to both lead and support projects. The design team plays a critical role in shaping the Gigamon brand and delivering user-centric digital solutions that drive engagement and business success. You'll be responsible for: * Addressing design challenges with creative solutions, making both strategic and tactical decisions. * Designing and delivering pixel-perfect visuals, wireframes, and prototypes for a variety of platforms, including mobile, tablet, and responsive web. * Collaborating with marketing, product teams, and other business units to align digital design with business goals. * Leading or supporting multiple design and UX projects, ensuring they meet deadlines and stakeholder expectations. * Staying updated on industry standards, UX trends, and best practices to maintain high-quality design outputs. * Developing and applying innovative approaches to web and digital assets, including the development of interactive animations that enhance the user experience.

Must have:

8+ years of experience as a mid-senior level UX/UI designer
Proven track record of collaborating with product marketing and campaign teams in a B2B tech setting
Expertise in visual design, branding, composition, iconography, interaction design, prototyping, wireframing, and information architecture
Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, Zeplin, Canva, and InVision
Strategic thinker with an eye for detail and a passion for creating user-centered designs
Collaborative, professional, and diplomatic communicator

Good to have:

Adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously with varying deadlines
Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and enjoys both leading and supporting design efforts
Comfortable working with teams located across the globe

What You’ll Do:

Address design challenges with creative solutions, making both strategic and tactical decisions.
Design and deliver pixel-perfect visuals, wireframes, and prototypes for a variety of platforms, including mobile, tablet, and responsive web.
Collaborate with marketing, product teams, and other business units to align digital design with business goals.
Lead or support multiple design and UX projects, ensuring they meet deadlines and stakeholder expectations.
Stay updated on industry standards, UX trends, and best practices to maintain high-quality design outputs.

What You’ve Done:

8+ years of experience as a mid-senior level UX/UI designer, particularly within a corporate B2B marketing environment, a digital marketing agency, or an internal creative team.
Proven track record of collaborating with product marketing and campaign teams in a B2B tech setting.
A diverse portfolio demonstrating expertise in visual design, branding, composition, iconography, interaction design, prototyping, wireframing, and information architecture.
Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, Zeplin, Canva, and InVision.
