 Key Responsibilities <ul><li>Develop and maintain web applications using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript</li><li>Work extensively with ReactJS, Redux, and Node.js to create dynamic user interfaces</li><li>Utilize front-end development tools and modern web architectures</li><li>Collaborate with onshore teams, attending calls and coordinating efforts</li><li>Handle critical production issues and meet deadlines effectively</li><li>Adopt new technologies and adapt to a fast-paced environment</li><li>Participate in Agile methodologies and use DevOps tools like GIT and Jenkins.</li></ul>
 Must-Have Skills <ul><li>6-8 years of hands-on experience in UI engineering</li><li>Minimum 3+ years working with ReactJS frameworks</li><li>Expertise in JavaScript, React, Redux, Node.js, and CSS</li><li>Extensive experience with front-end development tools and asynchronous communication</li><li>Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities</li><li>Excellent communication skills and a team player mentality</li><li>Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps tools (GIT, Jenkins)</li></ul>
