Our premium brand, performance-defining products and systems are used primarily on bicycles, side-by-side vehicles, on-road vehicles with and without off-road capabilities, off-road vehicles and trucks, all-terrain vehicles, snowmobiles, specialty vehicles and applications, motorcycles, and commercial trucks. Position Summary:

Maintains order optimization, input and processing for all invoicing.

Position Responsibilities:

• Process order/ticket flow from start to finish; printing to shipping.
• Process orders, release orders and ensure deadlines are being met in fulfilling orders.
• Perform special projects as assigned.
• Be proactive and seek out solutions and assignments.
• Provide customer service to internal/external business partners, communicating in a professional manner.
• Comply with all local, state, and federal laws.

Specific Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required:

• Strong organizational skills
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Meticulous and accurate attention to detail 
• Ability to be flexible and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Intermediate to advanced MS Office expertise, especially Excel

Position Qualifications:

Education:

• HS diploma or equivalent

Experience: 

• 1+ years of experience in an administrative environment preferred; shipping/invoicing experience preferred
• Oracle experience a plus

Work Environment and Physical Requirements:

• Manufacturing Environment
• May lift up to 50 lbs. 
• Requires walking, standing, bending and lifting for long periods of time
• Vision abilities required to validate and enter data on computer
