Design Works Gaming (DWG), Arizona’s leading social gaming studio, is looking for a creative and strategic Social Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll assist in the creation and execution of our social media calendar, support promotions and sales initiatives, and manage email marketing efforts—helping shape the voice of our brand and connect with players around the world.

Key Responsibilities

• Adapt and maintain DWG’s brand voice across all external communications
• Manage and grow our presence on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok and through D2C email marketing
• Follow communication procedures, brand guidelines, and policies set by the marketing team
• Develop and execute content calendars for social media and email campaigns
• Engage directly with our community to foster relationships and boost engagement
• Prepare reports and analyze performance metrics for social and email campaigns
• Conduct competitive research and provide recommendations to improve social, email, and ASO efforts
• Provide direction and project management support for creative advertising assets
• Assist with internal communications and coordinate company events
• Collaborate closely with product, creative, and engineering teams to align messaging with company goals

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in content marketing, social media, or a similar role
• Strong understanding of major social platforms, especially Facebook, YouTube, TikTok and Instagram
• Experience with email marketing and automation platforms (Mailchimp experience is a plus)
• Ability to learn technical product knowledge quickly through cross-team collaboration
• Excellent written communication skills with strong grammar and editorial judgment
• Detail-oriented with strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
• Effective problem solver with the ability to think creatively and adapt quickly
• A strong eye for design with an understanding of visual clarity and basic design principles
• Capable of managing multiple projects, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines
• Proficient with PCs and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
