Job Description

As a Staff Software Engineer on the YouTube Commerce team, you'll play a critical role in building the next generation of commercial tools for YouTube. You'll be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying software solutions that will enable creators, partners, and advertisers to leverage the power of YouTube's platform. This is a high-impact role with the opportunity to shape the future of YouTube Commerce. You will establish a new team in India, ramp up the growing team technically, and serve as the key technical point of contact to the global team and partner to establish goals.

Must have:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
8 years of experience in software development
Experience with data structures/algorithms
5 years of experience testing and launching software products
3 years of experience with software design and architecture

Good to have:

Experience with e-commerce tools or data
Excellent technical leadership skills

Minimum qualifications:
