The Strategy and Operations Lead for Go-to-Market (GTM) in India will be a key member of the leadership team, acting as a trusted advisor and problem-solver. Responsibilities include developing and executing annual plans, leading quarterly business reviews (QBRs), conducting opportunity sizing and strategic deep dives. This role requires developing competitive intelligence, driving customer-centricity insights, and leading seller enablement programs. The ideal candidate will establish strong business cadences, lead policy and cross-functional engagements, and provide thought partnership and subject matter expertise to Large Customer Sales teams.
