Systems & Security Manager

•     Develop and enforce security policies, procedures, and standards to align with industry best practices.
  
•     Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with standards like ISO 27001, SOC 2 Type 1, and SOC 2 Type 2.
  
•     Manage incident response and data protection activities, mitigating potential risks and ensuring data security. 
  

•    Design, implement, and maintain robust IT infrastructure that supports the company's growth.
  
•    Oversee device management strategies, ensuring secure and efficient use of all connected devices.
  
•    Lead projects to upgrade or expand infrastructure, minimizing downtime and ensuring seamless integration.
  

•    Collaborate with other departments to understand security requirements and implement best practices.
  
•    Train staff on security awareness and compliance requirements.
  
•    Act as a point of contact for security-related queries and issues.
  

•    Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends, tools, and compliance requirements.
  
•    Develop and implement improvements to existing systems and processes.
  
•    Conduct risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  
  
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT security and infrastructure management, with a focus on Microsoft products.
  
  
• Deep understanding of Microsoft 365, Azure Active Directory, and Intune.
  
  
• Extensive knowledge of ISO 27001, SOC 2 Type 1, SOC 2 Type 2, and other security certifications and standards.
  
  
• Experience in incident response, risk assessment, and disaster recovery planning.
  
  
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
  
  
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical issues to non-technical staff.
