Brillio is seeking a highly experienced Tableau Lead with deep expertise in Tableau and Looker to lead data storytelling and dashboarding initiatives. The role involves designing, developing, and deploying advanced dashboards and reports, collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, and translating them into visual insights. Responsibilities include architecting scalable BI solutions, establishing best practices for data visualization and performance optimization, mentoring junior developers, driving BI tool adoption, auditing dashboards, and staying current with industry trends. This is a hybrid role in Tampa, Florida.
Must have:
- 10+ years in Business Intelligence and Data Analytics
- Expert proficiency in Tableau and Looker
- Strong SQL, ETL, and data modeling understanding
- Experience with cloud data platforms
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
Good to have:
- Tableau and/or Looker certifications
- Experience with Power BI, Qlik
- Familiarity with Python or R
- Knowledge of data governance and security

Tampa FL (Hybrid)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Tableau Lead with deep expertise in Tableau and Looker to lead our data storytelling and dashboarding initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business intelligence, data modeling, and analytics, with a proven track record of delivering impactful visualizations that drive strategic decision-making across enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced dashboards and reports using Tableau and Looker.
· Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable visual insights.
· Architect scalable BI solutions that integrate with various data sources including cloud platforms, data warehouses, and APIs.
· Establish and enforce best practices for data visualization, performance optimization, and user experience.
· Mentor junior BI developers and analysts, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
· Drive adoption of BI tools across departments through training, documentation, and evangelism.
· Conduct regular audits and enhancements of existing dashboards to ensure relevance and accuracy.
· Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in data visualization and analytics.
Required Qualifications:
· 10+ years of experience in Business Intelligence and Data Analytics.
· Expert-level proficiency in Tableau and Looker, including dashboard development, data blending, and advanced calculations.
· Strong understanding of SQL, ETL processes, and data modeling.
· Experience with cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift).
· Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.
· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Tableau and/or Looker certifications.
· Experience with other BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Qlik).
· Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis.
· Knowledge of data governance and security best practices.
