We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Talent Acquisition Outsourcing Associate to support our clients in attracting and hiring top talent. As a client-facing role, you will work closely with hiring managers from diverse industries, ensuring their recruitment needs are met effectively. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a passion for recruitment, and the ability to manage relationships with external clients while delivering a seamless hiring experience.

As a member of our team you will:

  • Work closely with hiring managers from diverse industries to understand their hiring needs, recruitment challenges, and overall business goals

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle on behalf of clients, including sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates by using a broad range of selection tools and methods

  • Provide strategic recruitment advice to clients, ensuring their talent acquisition processes align with market trends and company objectives. 

  • Offer insights on job market conditions, salary benchmarks, and candidate expectations

  • Proactively source candidates through multiple platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, etc.), using innovative sourcing techniques to attract active and passive candidates

  • Collaborate with clients to craft compelling job descriptions that reflect their company culture and values. Post roles on various job boards and platforms to attract the best candidates

  • Present the shortlisted candidates to the clients and provide comprehensive reports for each candidate, detailing their qualifications, experience, and cultural fit based on the evaluation process

  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and client hiring managers, ensuring seamless communication and efficient scheduling

  • Provide an exceptional experience to all candidates by effectively communicating with them and managing their overall experience

  • Ensure that all recruitment activities comply with labor laws and industry standards

  • Maintain and update candidate tracking systems (ATS)

  • Conduct post-placement check-ins with clients and placed candidates to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns during the onboarding process.

  • Ensuring all hiring needs are met with quality hires in a timely and cost effective manner

 

The successful candidate should have: 

  • One to three (1-3) years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a client-facing or agency environment

  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Psychology, Business Studies or related disciplines

  • Postgraduate degree in Human Resources will be considered as an asset 

  • Ability to express ideas verbally and in writing, in a clear, concise and professional manner (both in English and Greek)

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to manage relationships at all levels, both internally and externally

  • Client centric approach with demonstrated resourcefulness, initiative and flexibility

  • A high level of discretion and confidentiality with a strong sense of responsibility

  • A confident and positive attitude with strong team working ethics but also with the ability to work autonomously

  • Willingness for continuous learning and development
