Job Description & Summary

What does this role aim to achieve in the firm/what impact does the role create 

A career in Resourcing and Deployment, within the Delivery line of service, will provide you with the opportunity to work in cross business units and help our network be even more agile in the ever evolving markets we work with, providing the right people on the right projects at the right time. 

As a Resourcing Senior Associate, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. You’ll focus on ensuring that resources of suitable skills and caliber are available for tasks and activities as required.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Daily tasks and delivery expectation 

 
  • Support the allocation of CSS to client engagements, ensuring alignment with the firm's strategic priorities and planned business metrics.

 
  • Participate in continuous planning activities, proactively managing and scheduling resources to meet Firm utilization targets, focusing on staff leverage and peak season metrics.

 
  • Gather information on staff career planning/goals, strengths, and areas of opportunity to aid in allocating the right staff to the right client at the right time.

 
  • Assist in resolving unassigned clients and reallocations for new joiners and leavers.

 
  • Create standard productivity reports and provide recommendations on workload balancing, improvement of utilization, and other necessary actions.

 
  • Proactively manage and analyze staff availability, communicating with regional counterparts to promote sharing resources across business units and territories.

 
  • Create and analyze monthly financial results, partnering with local leadership to provide recommendations and solutions on various operational matters, including utilization, chargeable hours, and headcount.

 
  • Working knowledge of RM technology, including TalentLink Staffing & Deployment, supporting assignment planning allocations, forecasting, and reporting.

 
  • Support and deliver training to all staff on the use of TalentLink modules and timesheet management systems.

 
  • Leveraging tools from Onboarding teams to support the integration of all types of workforce into their respective teams and to the firm.

 

Expected Skills:

Specific learned abilities or technical skills 

 
  • experience in the tech landscape (e.g., software developers, data analysts, cybersecurity specialists). 

  • Computer literate with strong working knowledge of Excel. Power BI knowledge an advantage

  • Strong relationship & stakeholder management experience; ability to interact with people at all levels and able to influence, challenge and negotiate effectively

Required Language Skills:

Proficient in written and spoken English. Arabic is a plus

Minimum Education and Specific Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in related field.

3 to 5 years of workforce planning, resourcing, recruitment or project management experience, ideally from within professional services or a corporate environment.
