Managed Services is the delivery and execution business within PwC, providing operational solutions for clients. It brings the best of PwC’s advisory capabilities, our technology expertise and our operational delivery to help clients solve complex problemsRoles and Responsibilities:
Daily tasks and delivery expectation
Support the development and management of digital assets for managed services.
Support the recommendation of solutions such as ERPs, cloud applications/providers, cybersecurity suites, data mining tools, LLMs, workflow systems, CRM, BI, and CSM solutions within customer propositions.
Contribute to defining the technical skills required within the Managed Services desk(s) at PWC to operate such technology solutions.
Gather insights into key industry-demand technology skills.
Expected Skills:
Specific learned abilities or technical skills
Proven experience in technology management or a related field, preferably within managed services or consulting environments.
Strong understanding of technology trends and their application in business contexts.
Ability to analyze and evaluate technology solutions based on client requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams and with clients.
Strategic thinking and decision-making abilities to drive impactful technology solutions.
Familiarity with ERP systems, cloud platforms, cybersecurity protocols, data analytics tools, workflow automation, CRM systems, business intelligence tools, and customer service management solutions.
Experience in gathering and analyzing industry data to identify emerging technology trends and skills in demand.

Minimum Education and Specific Qualification:
Bachelor's Degree: A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Certifications by professional technology institutes is desirable.
