Job Details
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program management.
- Experience in capacity planning.
Preferred qualifications:
- 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience with project management or equivalent practical experience within colocation space or point-of-presence environments.
- Experience or knowledge in server or network hardware, software development or implementation, systems data center infrastructure or operations.
- Ability to work in a cross-functional and geographically spread teams, as well as to travel up to 25% of the time internationally as needed.

You’ll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.

Responsibilities
- Drive capacity delivery and measure customer metrics at a global scale.
- Own and manage relationships with cross-functional partners and external vendors.
- Coordinate between stakeholders, set expectations for deliverables, keep track of success of parallel efforts, identify key roadblocks and work with the team members involved.
- Define, evaluate, and execute multiple simultaneous projects across sites.
- Identify process and communications breakdowns, while developing and driving solutions to remedy the issues.
