Job Description

The Technical Product Compliance Project Manager will define, manage, and run certification and compliance projects for Aggregator and Platform products within the iGaming industry. Responsibilities include preparing project plans, coordinating completion, managing compliance processes and documentation, and identifying process improvements. Collaboration with internal and external teams to ensure compliance with iGaming regulations and requirements is crucial. The role requires strong project management skills, understanding of software development, and excellent communication abilities. This is a hybrid position based in Ljubljana, Slovenia.
Must have:
  • 2+ years in certification/compliance project management

Are you a fast learner able to quickly obtain new information on product functionalities? Join us in the role of a Technical Product Compliance Project Manager and you will be part of an iGaming explosion in the field of technical compliance and audit. 


Collaborating with internal teams and external partners, you will ensure compliance with iGaming regulations and requirements. This includes understanding and communicating technical compliance for current and new markets, assessing the impact of regulatory changes, and proposing actionable plans to relevant teams.

This is a hybrid role based in our Ljubljana office.


Your responsibilities:

  • Defining, managing, and running the certification and compliance projects (focusing on products Aggregator and Platform);
  • Preparing project plan documentation, coordinating the plan to completion, and managing the delivery of the project within the constraints of schedule and scope;
  • Managing the compliance processes and maintaining documentation;
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements.

What you bring to the team:

  • 2+  years of experience in certification or compliance project management;
  • Experience in a software development environment;
  • A strong understanding of software development, change management, and incident management processes;
  • Ability to balance competing priorities in a global virtual environment that is fast-paced and constantly changing;
  • English language fluency;
  • Technical aptitude;
  • Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to articulate ideas in a precise manner;
  • Strong ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Bonus points if:

  • You have previous experience in technology compliance in the gambling business;
  • You have previous experience in the iGaming business;
  • You’re familiar with compliance tools.
